Services

Diagnostic Fee – $75

At the time of service, we charge a $75 diagnostic fee to thoroughly inspect your appliance and determine the issue. Once the problem is identified, we’ll provide a clear repair estimate. If you choose to move forward with the repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the total cost of the job.

This way, you’re never paying twice—just for the solution.

Our Pricing Structure

We keep things simple, fair, and transparent:

Estimate: Once the problem is diagnosed, we’ll provide you with a written estimate for parts and labor. You’ll sign off on the estimate before any parts are ordered or additional work begins.
Parts: Priced as needed for your repair
Mileage Fee: For locations more than 1 hour from South Olathe, a $50 mileage fee may apply. (Speaking with the office ahead of time may allow this fee to be waived depending on scheduling.)
